Photo guide
In order for your personalized engraving to be as accurate as possible, we need you to send us a photo of your pet that meets certain requirements. Below we show you some examples and recommendations so that the image of your pet looks perfect on our products.
-
Avoid blurring: Make sure your photo is clear and in focus. Blurry photos can affect the accuracy of your engraving, making details look less sharp and distinct. For an optimal result, it's crucial to capture the image as clearly as possible.
-
Avoid photos with multiple dogs: When capturing an image for engraving, make sure there is only one dog in the photo. Photos with multiple pets reduce clarity and focus on details, which affects the quality of the engraving. We only engrave one pet per pendant, so it's best for the dog to be alone and clearly visible for best results.
-
Include the entire head and eyes: Make sure the photo captures your pet's entire head, including the eyes and ears. This ensures that every important detail is captured in the engraving for an accurate and complete result.
-
Dark fur: Be careful with the lighting, it is essential to use uniform lighting to capture all the details. Avoid harsh shadows or photos that are too dark.
